Rita Carvalho is a Junior Computer Vision Engineer at Didimo, where she has been working since early 2023. She is involved in the development of automated 3D character creation for Popul8, with a particular focus on asset fitting, shape and texture reconstruction, while also contributing to shape generation and mesh wrapping.
Rita holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Prior to joining Didimo, she gained experience as a Junior Data Analyst at Euronext and as a Junior Computer Vision Engineer at Reckon.ai, both based in Porto.
