Mr. Sergi Fernández (MSc) is a computer scientist & engineer. His research is centered on interactive systems and new media formats (VR, AR, Second Screen Apps, Immersive Video, etc.) as well as network based media processing systems. Through his career he has played a leading role in the definition, design and implementation of interactive multimedia systems. He is PRESENCE’s Project Coordinator and has an outstanding track record in terms of technical research and innovation management, serving as Project Coordinator and i2CAT Principal Investigator in one CIP project (TV-Ring) and three H2020 (ImmersiaTV, VR-Together and ImAc) among others.
